Eric Grundelman started installing video recorders in the late 1970s. The official start date for the company was January 1, 1980. As time went by our clients began to realize that Eric was capable of handling pretty much anything they could throw his way. As the need for custom home electronics business grew, so did our capabilities and our crew of competent, certified team members.

Over the past 40 years Eric Grundelman’s Cool AV has become a leader in customer service. Our company motto has always been “just because we can doesn’t mean we should.” We have been asked to automate things over the years that we knew we could do but at what cost? One of our primary jobs is to keep our clients from making mistakes. We do our best to help guide you through the ever changing world of electronics. Allowing you to enjoy the benefit of the technology without having to learn all of this on your own.
